Hotel Andaluz: MÁS - Tapas y Vino at Hotel Andaluz will continue their tradition of hosting Christmas Dinner. They will offer a 4-course prix fixe menu, with entree options including cod, pork chops, short rib, and trumpet mushrooms.
Four Seasons Rancho Encantado: Terra Restaurant and Bar at the Four Seasons will be open Christmas Day with a full menu of a la carte holiday specials and traditional dishes.
Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort: Santa Ana Cafe and Corn Maiden at Tamaya Resort will offer a Christmas Day brunch buffet full of holiday favorites. There will be a meat carving station, a cheese display, an assortment of tacos, and lots of desserts.
Sandia Resort & Casino: Bien Shur, one of the restaurants at Sandia, will offer a Christmas buffet on their rooftop. Another restaurant, Thur Shan, will also offer buffet dining.
