Red River's Mardi Gras in the Mountains is a beloved annual event that has been going on since 1993! Every year has a different theme, but the fun is unchanging. This year's theme is Freak Show, so you know it'll be unforgettable!

Mardi Gras in Red River's snow-capped mountains is extra special. Between February 24 and March 1, 2022, there are many activities- some that you're familiar with and some that you aren't. Participate in the burning of the Tchoupitoulas- a spirit that removes your troubles and worries for the coming year- or dress up and celebrate at the Grand Ball. Along the way, savor delicious cajun food and enjoy fantastic live music!
